Context9:4 Mordecai was of high rank 1 in the king’s palace, and word about him was spreading throughout all the provinces. His influence 2 continued to become greater and greater.

Context2:11 And day after day Mordecai used to walk back and forth in front of the court of the harem in order to learn how Esther was doing 3 and what might happen to her.
Esther 4:16
Context4:16 “Go, assemble all the Jews who are found in Susa and fast in my behalf. Don’t eat and don’t drink for three days, night or day. My female attendants and I 4 will also fast in the same way. Afterward I will go to the king, even though it violates the law. 5 If I perish, I perish!”
