23:17 At ¹  three times in the year all your males will appear before the Lord God. ² 

Exodus 34:23-24

34:23 At three times ³  in the year all your men ⁴  must appear before the Lord God, ⁵  the God of Israel. 34:24 For I will drive out ⁶  the nations before you and enlarge your borders; no one will covet ⁷  your land when you go up ⁸  to appear before the Lord your God three times ⁹  in the year.
