[10:9]  ³ tn Heb “Tarshish stone.” The meaning is uncertain. The term has also been translated “topaz” (NEB), “beryl” (KJV, NASB, NRSV), and “chrysolite” (RSV, NIV).

[40:19]  ⁴ tn Heb “one hundred cubits” (i.e., 52.5 meters).

[42:7]  ⁷ tn Heb “fifty cubits” (i.e., 26.25 meters).
