Ezekiel 12:2

12:2 “Son of man, you are living in the midst of a rebellious house. ¹  They have eyes to see, but do not see, and ears to hear, but do not hear, ²  because they are a rebellious house.

Ezekiel 23:25

23:25 I will direct ³  my jealous anger against you, and they will deal with you in rage. They will cut off your nose and your ears, ⁴  and your survivors will die ⁵  by the sword. They will seize your sons and daughters, and your survivors will be consumed by fire.

Ezekiel 40:4

40:4 The man said to me, “Son of man, watch closely, listen carefully, and pay attention ⁶  to everything I show you, for you have been brought here so that I can show it to you. ⁷  Tell the house of Israel everything you see.”

Ezekiel 44:5

44:5 The Lord said to me: “Son of man, pay attention, ⁸  watch closely and listen carefully to ⁹  everything I tell you concerning all the statutes of the Lord’s house and all its laws. Pay attention to the entrances ¹⁰  to the temple with all the exits of the sanctuary.

[12:2]  ¹ sn The book of Ezekiel frequently refers to the Israelites as a rebellious house (Ezek 2:5, 6, 8; 3:9, 26-27; 12:2-3, 9, 25; 17:12; 24:3).
