Ezekiel 4:14

4:14 And I said, “Ah, sovereign Lord, I have never been ceremonially defiled before. I have never eaten a carcass or an animal torn by wild beasts; from my youth up, unclean meat ¹  has never entered my mouth.”

Ezekiel 11:12

11:12 Then you will know that I am the Lord, whose statutes you have not followed and whose regulations you have not carried out. Instead you have behaved according to the regulations of the nations around you!’”

Ezekiel 18:19

18:19 “Yet you say, ‘Why should the son not suffer ²  for his father’s iniquity?’ When the son does what is just and right, and observes all my statutes and carries them out, he will surely live.

Ezekiel 18:21

18:21 “But if the wicked person turns from all the sin he has committed and observes all my statutes and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die.

Ezekiel 33:15

33:15 He ³  returns what was taken in pledge, pays back what he has stolen, and follows the statutes that give life, ⁴  committing no iniquity. He will certainly live – he will not die.
