Ezekiel 44:28-29

Context

44:28 “‘This will be their inheritance: I am their inheritance, and you must give them no property in Israel; I am their property. 1  44:29 They may eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering, and every devoted thing in Israel will be theirs.

As king he has the right to dictate to his subjects how they are to live; indeed his very own character sets the standard for proper behavior. This expression is a common title for the Lord in the book of Isaiah.
