Ezekiel 7:12

7:12 The time has come; the day has struck! The customer should not rejoice, nor the seller mourn; for divine wrath ¹  comes against their whole crowd.

Ezekiel 13:14

13:14 I will break down the wall you coated with whitewash and knock it to the ground so that its foundation is exposed. When it falls you will be destroyed beneath it, ²  and you will know that I am the Lord.

Ezekiel 17:10

17:10 Consider! It is planted, but will it prosper?

Will it not wither completely when the east wind blows on it?

Will it not wither in the soil where it sprouted?’”

[7:12]  ¹ tn Heb “wrath.” Context clarifies that God’s wrath is in view.

[13:14]  ² tn Or “within it,” referring to the city of Jerusalem.
