Ezekiel 8:3

8:3 He stretched out the form 1  of a hand and grabbed me by a lock of hair on my head. Then a wind 2  lifted me up between the earth and sky and brought me to Jerusalem 3  by means of divine visions, to the door of the inner gate which faces north where the statue 4  which provokes to jealousy was located.

Ezekiel 8:5

Context

8:5 He said to me, “Son of man, look up toward 5  the north.” So I looked up toward the north, and I noticed to the north of the altar gate was this statue of jealousy at the entrance.

Ezekiel 23:25

23:25 I will direct 6  my jealous anger against you, and they will deal with you in rage. They will cut off your nose and your ears, 7  and your survivors will die 8  by the sword. They will seize your sons and daughters, and your survivors will be consumed by fire.
