Genesis 19:28

19:28 He looked out toward ¹  Sodom and Gomorrah and all the land of that region. ²  As he did so, he saw the smoke rising up from the land like smoke from a furnace. ³ 

Isaiah 34:10

34:10 Night and day it will burn; ⁴ 

its smoke will ascend continually.

Generation after generation it will be a wasteland

and no one will ever pass through it again.

Revelation 18:9

18:9 Then ⁵  the kings of the earth who committed immoral acts with her and lived in sensual luxury ⁶  with her will weep and wail for her when they see the smoke from the fire that burns her up. ⁷ 

Revelation 19:3
