Context5:7 During his earthly life 1 Christ 2 offered 3 both requests and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to the one who was able to save him from death and he was heard because of his devotion.
Hebrews 9:4
Context9:4 It contained the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered entirely with gold. In this ark 4 were the golden urn containing the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant.
Hebrews 11:12-13
Context11:12 So in fact children 5 were fathered by one man – and this one as good as dead – like the number of stars in the sky and like the innumerable grains of sand 6 on the seashore. 7 11:13 These all died in faith without receiving the things promised, 8 but they saw them in the distance and welcomed them and acknowledged that they were strangers and foreigners 9 on the earth.
