Isaiah 17:13

17:13 Though these people make an uproar as loud as the roaring of powerful waves, ¹ 

when he shouts at ²  them, they will flee to a distant land,

driven before the wind like dead weeds on the hills,

or like dead thistles ³  before a strong gale.

Isaiah 31:8

31:8 Assyria will fall by a sword, but not one human-made; ⁴ 

a sword not made by humankind will destroy them. ⁵ 

They will run away from this sword ⁶ 

and their young men will be forced to do hard labor.
