Isaiah 18:5

18:5 For before the harvest, when the bud has sprouted,

and the ripening fruit appears, ¹ 

he will cut off the unproductive shoots ²  with pruning knives;

he will prune the tendrils. ³ 

Isaiah 35:2

35:2 Let it richly bloom; ⁴ 

let it rejoice and shout with delight! ⁵ 

It is given the grandeur ⁶  of Lebanon,

the splendor of Carmel and Sharon.

They will see the grandeur of the Lord,

the splendor of our God.
