Isaiah 28:14

The Lord Will Judge Jerusalem

28:14 Therefore, listen to the Lord’s word,

you who mock,

you rulers of these people

who reside in Jerusalem! ¹ 

Isaiah 65:19

65:19 Jerusalem will bring me joy,

and my people will bring me happiness. ² 

The sound of weeping or cries of sorrow

will never be heard in her again.
