28:23 Pay attention and listen to my message! ¹ 

Be attentive and listen to what I have to say! ² 

Isaiah 29:18

29:18 At that time ³  the deaf will be able to hear words read from a scroll,

and the eyes of the blind will be able to see through deep darkness. ⁴ 

Isaiah 48:14

48:14 All of you, gather together and listen!

Who among them ⁵  announced these things?

The Lord’s ally ⁶  will carry out his desire against Babylon;

he will exert his power against the Babylonians. ⁷
