[41:11]  1 tn Heb “the men of your strife”; NASB “those who contend with you.”

[41:11]  2 tn Heb “like nothing”; NAB “come to nought.”

[54:15]  3 tn The infinitive absolute precedes the finite verb here for emphasis.

[54:15]  4 tn Heb “will fall over you.” The expression נָפַל עַל (nafalal) can mean “attack,” but here it means “fall over to,” i.e., “surrender to.”
