Context42:11 Let the desert and its cities shout out,
the towns where the nomads of Kedar live!
Let the residents of Sela shout joyfully;
let them shout loudly from the mountaintops.

Context65:14 Look, my servants will shout for joy as happiness fills their hearts! 1
But you will cry out as sorrow fills your hearts; 2
you will wail because your spirits will be crushed. 3
