Isaiah 46:7
Context46:7 They put it on their shoulder and carry it;
they put it in its place and it just stands there;
it does not 1 move from its place.
Even when someone cries out to it, it does not reply;
it does not deliver him from his distress.
Isaiah 63:9
Context63:9 Through all that they suffered, he suffered too. 2
The messenger sent from his very presence 3 delivered them.
In his love and mercy he protected 4 them;
he lifted them up and carried them throughout ancient times. 5
Isaiah 65:16
Context65:16 Whoever pronounces a blessing in the earth 6
will do so in the name of the faithful God; 7
whoever makes an oath in the earth
will do so in the name of the faithful God. 8
For past problems will be forgotten;
I will no longer think about them. 9
