Isaiah 5:30

Context

5:30 At that time 1  they will growl over their prey, 2 

it will sound like sea waves crashing against rocks. 3 

One will look out over the land and see the darkness of disaster,

clouds will turn the light into darkness. 4 

Isaiah 36:6

36:6 Look, you must be trusting in Egypt, that splintered reed staff. If someone leans on it for support, it punctures his hand and wounds him. That is what Pharaoh king of Egypt does to all who trust in him!

Isaiah 48:6

48:6 You have heard; now look at all the evidence! 5 

Will you not admit that what I say is true? 6
