Isaiah 59:17

59:17 He wears his desire for justice ¹  like body armor, ² 

and his desire to deliver is like a helmet on his head. ³ 

He puts on the garments of vengeance ⁴ 

and wears zeal like a robe.

Isaiah 63:3

63:3 “I have stomped grapes in the winepress all by myself;

no one from the nations joined me.

I stomped on them ⁵  in my anger;

I trampled them down in my rage.

Their juice splashed on my garments,

and stained ⁶  all my clothes.

Isaiah 52:1

Clothe yourself with strength, O Zion!

Isaiah 61:10

I look like a bridegroom when he wears a turban as a priest would;

I look like a bride when she puts on her jewelry. ¹²
