4:15 The Lord routed ¹  Sisera, all his chariotry, and all his army with the edge of the sword. ²  Sisera jumped out of ³  his chariot and ran away on foot.

Judges 7:1

Gideon Reduces the Ranks

7:1 Jerub-Baal (that is, Gideon) and his men ⁴  got up the next morning and camped near the spring of Harod. ⁵  The Midianites ⁶  were camped north of them near the hill of Moreh in the valley.

Judges 7:8

7:8 The men ⁷  who were chosen ⁸  took supplies ⁹  and their trumpets. Gideon ¹⁰  sent all the men of Israel back to their homes; ¹¹  he kept only three hundred men. Now the Midianites ¹²  were camped down below ¹³  in the valley.

Judges 7:13-14

7:13 When Gideon arrived, he heard a man telling another man about a dream he had. ¹⁴  The man ¹⁵  said, “Look! I had a dream. I saw ¹⁶  a stale cake of barley bread rolling into the Midianite camp. It hit a tent so hard it knocked it over and turned it upside down. The tent just collapsed.” ¹⁷  7:14 The other man said, ¹⁸  “Without a doubt this symbolizes ¹⁹  the sword of Gideon son of Joash, the Israelite. God is handing Midian and all the army over to him.”

Judges 7:19

7:19 Gideon took a hundred men to the edge of the camp ²⁰  at the beginning of the middle watch, just after they had changed the guards. They blew their trumpets and broke the jars they were carrying. ²¹ 

Judges 21:8

21:8 So they asked, “Who from all the Israelite tribes did not assemble before the Lord at Mizpah?” Now it just so happened no one from Jabesh Gilead had come to the gathering. ²² 

Judges 21:12

21:12 They found among the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead four hundred young girls who were virgins – they had never had sexual relations with a male. ²³  They brought them back to the camp at Shiloh in the land of Canaan.
