John 6:51

6:51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread he will live forever. The bread ¹  that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”

John 6:63-64

6:63 The Spirit is the one who gives life; human nature is of no help! ²  The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. ³  6:64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” (For Jesus had already known from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.) ⁴
