Context1:11 “Go through the camp and command the people, ‘Prepare your supplies, for within three days you will cross the Jordan River and begin the conquest of the land the Lord your God is ready to hand over to you.’” 1
Joshua 3:4
Context3:4 But stay about three thousand feet behind it. 2 Keep your distance 3 so you can see 4 which way you should go, for you have not traveled this way before.”
Joshua 3:6

Context10:37 They captured it and put the sword to its king, all its surrounding cities, and all who lived in it; they 13 left no survivors. As they 14 had done at Eglon, they 15 annihilated it and all who lived there.

Context11:20 for the Lord determined to make them obstinate so they would attack Israel. He wanted Israel to annihilate them without mercy, as he had instructed Moses. 16

Context21:4 The first lot belonged to 17 the Kohathite clans. The Levites who were descendants of Aaron the priest were allotted thirteen cities from the tribes of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin.
