[1:17]  2 tn Or “Only.” Here and in v. 18 this word qualifies what precedes (see also v. 7).

[5:12]  3 tn Heb “the day after, when they ate.” The present translation assumes this means the day after the Passover, though it is possible it refers to the day after they began eating the land’s produce.

[5:12]  4 tn Heb “and the sons of Israel had no more manna.”

[9:5]  5 tn Heb “all the bread of their provisions.”

[9:5]  6 tn Or “moldy.”

[10:14]  7 tn Heb “listened to the voice of.”

[19:9]  9 tn Heb “from the portion of the sons of Judah was the inheritance of the sons of Simeon for the portion of the sons of Judah was too large for them, and the sons of Simeon received an inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.”
