22:33 The Israelites were satisfied with their report and gave thanks to God. 1  They said nothing more about launching an attack to destroy the land in which the Reubenites and Gadites lived. 2  22:34 The Reubenites and Gadites named the altar, “Surely it is a Reminder to us 3  that the Lord is God.”
