Context3:3 and commanded the people: “When you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God 1 being carried by the Levitical priests, you must leave here 2 and walk 3 behind it.
Joshua 3:17
Context3:17 The priests carrying the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firmly on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan. All Israel crossed over on dry ground until the entire nation was on the other side. 4

Context4:9 Joshua also set up twelve stones 7 in the middle of the Jordan in the very place where the priests carrying the ark of the covenant stood. They remain there to this very day.
Joshua 4:18
Context4:18 The priests carrying the ark of the covenant of the Lord came up from the middle of the Jordan, and as soon as they set foot on dry land, 8 the water of the Jordan flowed again and returned to flood stage. 9

Context6:6 So Joshua son of Nun summoned the priests and instructed them, “Pick up the ark of the covenant, and seven priests must carry seven rams’ horns in front of the ark of the Lord.”

Context6:8 When Joshua gave the army its orders, 10 the seven priests carrying the seven rams’ horns before the Lord moved ahead and blew the horns as the ark of the covenant of the Lord followed behind.

Joshua 7:15
Context7:15 The one caught with the riches 14 must be burned up 15 along with all who belong to him, because he violated the Lord’s covenant and did such a disgraceful thing in Israel.’”

Context23:16 If you violate the covenantal laws of the Lord your God which he commanded you to keep, 17 and follow, worship, and bow down to other gods, 18 the Lord will be very angry with you and you will disappear 19 quickly from the good land which he gave to you.”
