Joshua 4:14

4:14 That day the Lord brought honor to Joshua before all Israel. They respected ¹  him all his life, ²  just as they had respected ³  Moses.

Joshua 5:7

5:7 He replaced them with their sons, ⁴  whom Joshua circumcised. They were uncircumcised; their fathers had not circumcised them along the way.

Joshua 7:17

7:17 He then made the clans of Judah approach and the clan of the Zerahites was selected. He made the clan of the Zerahites approach and Zabdi ⁵  was selected. ⁶

Joshua 24:8

24:8 Then I brought you to the land of the Amorites who lived east of the Jordan. They fought with you, but I handed them over to you; you conquered ¹¹  their land and I destroyed them from before you.

Joshua 24:18

24:18 The Lord drove out from before us all the nations, including the Amorites who lived in the land. So we too will worship ¹²  the Lord, for he is our God!”
