Joshua 5:6

Context
5:6 Indeed, for forty years the Israelites traveled through the desert until all the men old enough to fight when they left Egypt, the ones who had disobeyed the Lord, died off. 1  For the Lord had sworn a solemn oath to them that he would not let them see the land he had sworn on oath to give them, 2  a land rich in 3  milk and honey.

Joshua 9:24

Context
9:24 They said to Joshua, “It was carefully reported to your subjects 4  how the Lord your God commanded Moses his servant to assign you the whole land and to destroy all who live in the land from before you. Because of you we were terrified 5  we would lose our lives, so we did this thing.

Joshua 22:31

Context
22:31 Phinehas, son of Eleazar, the priest, said to the Reubenites, Gadites, and the Manassehites, 6  “Today we know that the Lord is among us, because you have not disobeyed the Lord in this. 7  Now 8  you have rescued the Israelites from the Lord’s judgment.” 9

Joshua 23:13-14

Context
23:13 know for certain that the Lord our God will no longer drive out these nations from before you. They will trap and ensnare you; 10  they will be a whip that tears 11  your sides and thorns that blind 12  your eyes until you disappear 13  from this good land the Lord your God gave you.

23:14 “Look, today I am about to die. 14  You know with all your heart and being 15  that not even one of all the faithful promises the Lord your God made to you is left unfulfilled; every one was realized – not one promise is unfulfilled! 16
