Joshua 6:15

6:15 On the seventh day they were up at the crack of dawn ¹  and marched around the city as before – only this time they marched around it seven times. ² 

Joshua 7:26

7:26 Then they erected over him a large pile of stones (it remains to this very day ³ ) and the Lord’s anger subsided. So that place is called the Valley of Disaster to this very day.

Joshua 8:9

8:9 Joshua sent them away and they went to their hiding place ⁴  west of Ai, between Bethel ⁵  and Ai. ⁶  Joshua spent that night with the army. ⁷

10:28 That day Joshua captured Makkedah and put the sword to it and its king. He annihilated everyone who lived in it; he left no survivors. He did to its king what he had done to the king of Jericho. ⁸
