Leviticus 18:26

18:26 You yourselves must obey ¹  my statutes and my regulations and must not do any of these abominations, both the native citizen and the resident foreigner in your midst, ² 

Leviticus 18:30

18:30 You must obey my charge to not practice any of the abominable statutes ³  that have been done before you, so that you do not ⁴  defile yourselves by them. I am the Lord your God.’”

Leviticus 20:13

20:13 If a man has sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman, ⁵  the two of them have committed an abomination. They must be put to death; their blood guilt is on themselves.

[18:26]  ¹ tn Heb “And you shall keep, you.” The latter emphatic personal pronoun “you” is left out of a few medieval Hebrew mss, Smr, the LXX, Syriac, and Vulgate.

[18:30]  ³ tn Heb “to not do from the statutes of the detestable acts.”

[18:30]  ⁴ tn Heb “and you will not.” The Hebrew conjunction ו (vav, “and”) can be considered to have resultative force here.

[20:13]  ⁵ tn Heb “[as the] lyings of a woman.” The specific reference here is to homosexual intercourse between males.
