Leviticus 19:6

19:6 It must be eaten on the day of your sacrifice and on the following day, ¹  but what is left over until the third day must be burned up. ²

7:16 “‘If his offering is a votive or freewill sacrifice, ³  it may be eaten on the day he presents his sacrifice, and also the leftovers from it may be eaten on the next day, ⁴ 

[19:6]  ¹ tn Heb “from the following day” (HALOT 572 s.v. מָחֳרָת 2.b).

[19:6]  ² tn Heb “shall be burned with fire”; KJV “shall be burnt in the fire.” Because “to burn with fire” is redundant in contemporary English the present translation simply has “must be burned up.”
