25:25 “‘If your brother becomes impoverished and sells some of his property, his near redeemer is to come to you and redeem what his brother sold. ¹ 

Leviticus 27:19-20

27:19 If, however, the one who consecrated the field redeems it, ²  he must add to it one fifth of the conversion price ³  and it will belong to him. ⁴  27:20 If he does not redeem the field, but sells ⁵  the field to someone else, he may never redeem it.
