Zechariah’s Praise and Prediction

1:67 Then ¹  his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, ²

22:64 They ³  blindfolded him and asked him repeatedly, ⁴  “Prophesy! Who hit you?” ⁵ 

[1:67]  ¹ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the narrative.
