[15:5]  2 tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the narrative.

[19:28]  3 tn Grk “he”; the referent (Jesus) has been specified in the translation for clarity.

[19:28]  4 tn This could mean “before [his disciples],” but that is slightly more awkward, requiring an elided element (the disciples) to be supplied.
