Matthew 10:5

10:5 Jesus sent out these twelve, instructing them as follows: ¹  “Do not go to Gentile regions ²  and do not enter any Samaritan town. ³ 

Matthew 18:3

18:3 and said, “I tell you the truth, ⁴  unless you turn around and become like little children, ⁵  you will never ⁶  enter the kingdom of heaven!

Matthew 24:26

24:26 So then, if someone ⁷  says to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ ⁸  do not go out, or ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe him.

[10:5]  ² tn Grk “on the road of the Gentiles.” That is, a path that leads to Gentile regions.

[18:3]  ⁵ sn The point of the comparison become like little children has more to do with a child’s trusting spirit, as well as willingness to be dependent and receive from others, than any inherent humility the child might possess.
