1:6 So when they had gathered together, they began to ask him, 21  “Lord, is this the time when you are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” 1:7 He told them, “You are not permitted to know 22  the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority. 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest parts 23  of the earth.” 1:9 After 24  he had said this, while they were watching, he was lifted up and a cloud hid him from their sight.

Revelation 6:9-10

6:9 Now 25  when the Lamb opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been violently killed 26  because of the word of God and because of the testimony they had given. 6:10 They 27  cried out with a loud voice, 28  “How long, 29  Sovereign Master, 30  holy and true, before you judge those who live on the earth and avenge our blood?”
