[13:29]  1 tc One medieval Hebrew MS, the Lucianic Greek recension, and the Syriac Peshitta read the plural הַכֹּהֲנִים (hakkohanim, “the priests”) rather than the singular reading of the MT, הַכְּהֻנָּה (hakkÿhunnah, “the priesthood”).

[13:31]  1 tn The words “I also provided for” are not included in the Hebrew text, but are supplied in the translation for the sake of clarity.

[1:8]  1 tn Heb “peoples.”

[4:14]  1 tn Heb “And I saw.”

[4:14]  2 tn The Hebrew term translated “Lord” here is אֲדֹנָי (’adonay).

[4:14]  3 tn Heb “houses.”

[9:17]  1 tc The present translation follows a few medieval Hebrew MSS and the LXX in reading בְּמִצְרָיִם (bÿmitsrayim, “in Egypt”; so also NAB, NASB, NRSV, TEV, NLT) rather than the MT reading בְּמִרְיָם (bÿmiryam, “in their rebellion”).

[9:17]  2 tc The translation follows the Qere reading חֶסֶד (khesed, “loyal love”) rather than the Kethib reading וְחֶסֶד (vÿkhesed, “and loyal love”) of the MT.
