1:44 These were the men whom Moses and Aaron numbered 1  along with the twelve leaders of Israel, each of whom 2  was from his own family.

36:7 In this way the inheritance of the Israelites will not be transferred 3  from tribe to tribe. But every one of the Israelites must retain the ancestral heritage.
