10:4 “But if they blow with one trumpet, then the leaders, the heads of the thousands of Israel, must come to you. ¹ 

Numbers 24:2

24:2 When Balaam lifted up his eyes, he saw Israel camped tribe by tribe; ²  and the Spirit of God came upon him.
