[106:7]  1 tn Heb “Reed Sea” (also in vv. 9, 22). “Reed Sea” (or “Sea of Reeds”) is a more accurate rendering of the Hebrew expression יָם סוּף (yam suf), traditionally translated “Red Sea.” See the note on the term “Red Sea” in Exod 13:18.

[141:4]  2 tn Heb “do not turn my heart toward an evil thing.”

[141:4]  3 tn Heb “to act sinfully in practices in wickedness with men, doers of evil.”

[141:4]  4 sn Their delicacies. This probably refers to the enjoyment that a sinful lifestyle appears to offer.
