  1. Puji, hai jiwaku, puji Tuhan selagi ada nafasmu! Allahku patutlah ku agungkan sepanjang umur hidupku! Hayatku Dia yang beri: Dia kupuji tak henti. Haleluya, Haleluya
  2. Jangan engkau pertaruhkan nasib kepada insan yang fana. Juga bangsawan yang paling baik hilang bersama niatnya. Hidup manusia lenyap, Hanyalah Allah yang tetap. Haleluya, Haleluya!

  Why did the nations join to slay The Lord’s anointed Son? Why did they cast His laws away, And tread His Gospel down? The Lord, that sits above the skies, Derides their rage below; He speaks with vengeance in His eyes, And strikes their spirits through. “I call him my eternal Son, And raise Him from the dead; I make My holy hill His throne, And wide His kingdom spread. “Ask Me, My Son, and then enjoy The utmost heathen lands: Thy rod of iron shall destroy The rebel that withstands.” Be wise, ye rulers of the earth, Obey th’ anointed Lord, Adore the King of heav’nly birth, And tremble at His Word. With humble love address His throne; For if He frown, ye die: Those are secure, and those alone, Who on His grace rely.

• [Psa 2:12] Maker And Sov’reign Lord

  Maker and sov’reign Lord Of Heav’n, and earth, and seas, Thy providence confirms Thy Word, And answers Thy decrees. The things so long foretold By David are fulfilled, When Jews and Gentiles join’d to slay Jesus, Thine holy Child. Why did the Gentiles rage, And Jews, with one accord, Bend all their counsels to destroy Th’Anointed of the Lord? Rulers and kings agree To form a vain design; Against the Lord their powers unite Against His Christ they join. The Lord derides their rage, And will support His throne; He that hath rais’d Him from the dead Hath own’d Him for His Son. Now He’s ascended high, And asks to rule the earth; The merit of His blood He pleads, And pleads His heav’nly birth. He asks, and God bestows A large inheritance; Far as the world’s remotest ends His kingdom shall advance. The nations that rebel Must feel His iron rod; He’ll vindicate those honors well Which He receiv’d from God. Be wise, ye rulers, now, And worship at His throne; With trembling joy, ye people, bow To God’s exalted Son. If once His wrath arise, Ye perish on the place; Then blessèd is the soul that flies For refuge to His grace.

  Ye who wander, of sin grown weary, Lonely and far from the safe home-fold, Come and learn what the love of Christ is, Love whose gladness can ne’er be told. Refrain O, how you’ll love Him when you know Him! Know the Christ Who died to set you free; On Calv’ry’s cross His heart was broken, Broken there for you, for me! Come, and coming, find peace and pardon Waiting for you at the place of prayer; Kneel and ask for a soul forgiven, Christ is yearning to meet you there.   Trust the Eternal, when the shadows gather, When joys of daylight seem so like a dream; God the unchanging, pities like a father: Trust on and wait, the daystar yet shall gleam. Trust the Eternal, for the clouds that vanish No more can move the mountains from their base Than sin’s illusive wreaths of mist can banish Light from His throne or loving from His Face. Trust the Eternal, repent in meekness Of that heart’s pride which frowns and will not yield, Then to thy child-heart shall come strength in weakness, And thine immortal life shall be revealed.

  O Maker of the sea and sky, Whose word the stormy winds fulfill, On the wide ocean Thou art nigh, Bidding these hearts of ours be still. What if Thy footsteps are not known? W know Thy way is in the sea; We trace the shadow of Thy throne, Constant amid inconstancy. Thou bidd’st the north or south wind blow; The lonely sea bird is Thy care; And in the clouds which come and go, We see Thy chariots everywhere. The sun that lights the homeland dear Spreads the new morning o’er the deep; And in the dark Thy stars appear, Keeping their watches while we sleep. And so, secure from all alarms, Thy seas beneath, Thy skies above, Clasped in the everlasting arms, We rest in Thine unslumbering love.

Jeremiah 17:7-8

• [Jer 17:7] Blest Is The Man

  Blest is the man who trusts the Lord, Dwelling each day upon His Word. He does not follow wicked advice, Nor side with mockers in his cries. Gladly God’s laws he does obey; On them he thinks both night and day. His confidence is in God’s way; Blest is this man! Blest is the man who trusts the Lord, Dwelling each day upon His Word. He’s like a tree beside water streams; Sending out roots, it’s always green. The summer heat it does not fear; Even in drought, no worry here. It bears much fruit year after year; Ever it thrives. Blest is the man who trusts the Lord, Dwelling each day upon His Word. He prospers always through all his days, For on God’s law his mind e’er stays. God watches o’er all righteous men, But all the wicked will not stand. Their way will perish from the land, Like chaff in wind. May I be one who trusts You, Lord, Dwelling each day upon Your Word. May I be like a tree by a stream, Bearing much fruit and always green. May I drink from Your Word each day, That I might stand firm, come what may. May I e’er prosper in Your way, And blest e’er be.
