[26:10]  1 tn Heb “who [have] in their hands evil.”

[26:10]  2 tn Heb “and their right hand is full of a bribe.”

[33:5]  3 tn Heb “loves.” The verb “loves” is here metonymic; the Lord’s commitment to principles of equity and justice causes him to actively promote these principles as he governs the world.

[33:5]  4 tn Heb “fills the earth.”

[48:10]  5 tn Heb “like your name, O God, so [is] your praise to the ends of the earth.” Here “name” refers to God’s reputation and revealed character.

[48:10]  6 tn Heb “your right hand is full of justice.” The “right hand” suggests activity and power.

[104:24]  7 tn Heb “How many [are] your works, O Lord.” In this case the Lord’s “works” are the creatures he has made, as the preceding and following contexts make clear.

[104:24]  8 tn Heb “all of them with wisdom you have made.”
