[35:28]  1 tn Heb “and my tongue will proclaim your justice.”

[35:28]  2 tn Heb “all the day your praise.” The verb “proclaim” is understood by ellipsis in the second line (see the previous line).

[37:6]  3 tn Heb “and he will bring out like light your vindication, and your just cause like noonday.”

[119:7]  5 tn Heb “I will give you thanks with an upright heart.”

[119:123]  7 tn Heb “my eyes fail for your deliverance.” The psalmist has intently kept his eyes open, looking for God to intervene, but now his eyes are watery and bloodshot, impairing his vision. See the similar phrase in v. 82.

[119:123]  8 tn Heb “and for the word of your faithfulness.”

[119:164]  9 tn The number “seven” is use rhetorically to suggest thoroughness.

[119:62]  11 tn The psalmist uses an imperfect verbal form to emphasize that this is his continuing practice.

[119:160]  13 tn Heb “the head of your word is truth, and forever [is] all your just regulation.” The term “head” is used here of the “sum total” of God’s instructions.
