  1. Harap akan Tuhan, hai jiwaku! Dia perlindungan dalam susahmu. Jangan resah, tabah berserah, kar'na habis malam pagi merekah. Dalam derita dan kemelut Tuhan yang setia, Penolongmu!
  2. Harap akan Tuhan, hai jiwaku! Dia perlindungan dalam susahmu. Walau sendu, hatimu remuk, Tuhan mengatasi tiap kemelut. Ya Tuhan, tolong 'ku yang lemah: setiaMu kokoh selamanya!

  1. Yang mau dibimbing oleh Tuhan dan berharap tak henti, akan mendapat pertolongan, bahkan di saat terpedih. Tuhanlah dasar imannya, bukanlah pasir alasnya.	Mat 7:24-27
  2. Apa gunanya tawar hati, hanya menangis tersedu? Apa gunanya tiap pagi kita mulai berkeluh? Jikalau kita bersedih, tambah berat beban salib.
  3. Biar jiwamu kautenangkan, tabahkan hati yang sendu: Yang Mahatahu kauandalkan, kasihNya cukup bagimu. Tuhan telah memilihmu dan Ia tahu yang kau perlu.	2 Kor 12:9

  Great God, indulge my humble claim, Thou art my hope, my joy, my rest; The glories that compose Thy Name Stand all engaged to make me blest. Thou great and good, thou just and wise, Thou art my Father and my God; And I am Thine by sacred ties; Thy son, Thy servant, bought with blood. With heart, and eyes, and lifted hands, For Thee I long, to Thee I look, As travelers in thirsty lands Pant for the cooling water brook. With early feet I love t’ appear Among Thy saints, and seek Thy face; Oft have I seen Thy glory there, And felt the power of sovereign grace. Not fruits nor wines that tempt our taste, Nor all the joys our senses know, Could make me so divinely blest, Or raise my cheerful passions so. My life itself without Thy love No taste of pleasure could afford; ’Twould but a tiresome burden prove, If I were banished from the Lord. Amidst the wakeful hours of night, When busy cares afflict my head, One thought of Thee gives new delight, And adds refreshment to my bed. I’ll lift my hands, I’ll raise my voice, While I have breath to pray or praise; This work shall make my heart rejoice, And spend the remnant of my days.

  And now, O Father, mindful of the love That bought us, once for all, on Calvary’s tree, And having with us Him that pleads above, We here present, we here spread forth to Thee, That only offering perfect in Thine eyes, The one true, pure, immortal sacrifice. Look, Father, look on His anointed face, And only look on us as found in Him; Look not on our misusings of Thy grace, Our prayer so languid, and our faith so dim; For lo! between our sins and their reward, We set the passion of Thy Son our Lord. And then for those, our dearest and our best, By this prevailing presence we appeal; O fold them closer to Thy mercy’s breast! O do Thine utmost for their souls’ true weal! From tainting mischief keep them white and clear, And crown Thy gifts with strength to persevere. And so we come; O draw us to Thy feet, Most patient Savior, who canst love us still!
