  1. Pujian malam kunyanyikan; syukur, ya Tuhan, padaMu. Meskipun sinar surya hilang, Engkau tetap cahayaku. Tiada sayang ibu-bapak yang menandingi sayangMu: Tak putus 'ku Kau pelihara, Kau Sumber rahmat bagiku.	Mat 7:11

• [Psa 59:2] Protect And Save Me, O My God

  Protect and save me, O my God, From foes that seek my life, And set me high, secure, above The rising tide of strife. The workers of iniquity Against me lie in wait; Though I am innocent, O Lord, They gather in their hate. Behold their wickedness, O Lord, To help me, O awake; Lord God of hosts, Thou, Israel’s God, Arise, and vengeance take. My enemies with deadly rage Renew their fierce attack; They think the Lord will not regard, But Thou wilt turn them back. O God, my Strength, on Thee I wait, To Thee for refuge flee; My God with mercy will defend, Triumphant I shall be. O God, our Shield, let wickedness And pride be put to shame, Till all shall know that Thou dost rule And all shall fear Thy Name. Let wickedness that raged in power Now rage in impotence; But I will glory in Thy strength, My Refuge and Defense. When all the night of woe is past And morning dawns at length, Then I shall praise Thy grace, O God, My Refuge and my Strength. To Thee, O God most merciful, My thankful song I raise; My Might, my strong, secure Abode, I will proclaim Thy praise.

  I am hated, Lord, by those Who Thy holy truth despise; Save me from my wicked foes, Lord of hosts, arise, arise! Thou’rt my rock and my defense; Thou a tower unto Thy saints; Thee I make my confidence, Thee I’ll trust, though nature faints. Glad Thy mercies will I sing, All Thy power and love confess; Thou hast been, O heavenly King, My safe refuge in distress! Songs with every morning’s light, Lord, shall rise up to Thy throne; All Thy saints shall praise Thy might, And Thy mercy shall make known.

  God of love and God of power, Grant us in this burning hour Grace to ask these gifts of Thee, Daring hearts and spirits free. Refrain God of love and God of power, Thou hast called us for this hour. We are not the first to be Banished by our fears from Thee; Give us courage, let us hear Heaven’s trumpets ringing clear. Refrain All our lives belong to Thee, Thou our final loyalty; Slaves are we whene’er we share That devotion anywhere. • [Psa 59:16] Lord, While Afar Our Brothers Fight

  Lord, while afar our brothers fight, Thy Church united lifts her prayer; Be Thou their Shield by day and night; Guide, guard, and help them everywhere: O God of battles, hear our cry, And in their danger be Thou nigh. For those who, wounded in the fray, Are ling’ring still on beds of pain, Who to their loved ones far away May nevermore return again, O God of pity, hear our cry, And in their anguish be Thou nigh. For wives and mothers sore distressed, For all who wait in silent fear, For homes bereaved which gave their best, For hearts now desolate and drear, O God of comfort, hear our cry, And in the darkest hour draw nigh. Spare us, good Lord! If just the strife, Yet still from guilt we are not free; Forgive our blind and careless life, Our oft forgetfulness of Thee. • [Psa 59:16] O Thou Who Turnest Into Morning

  O Thou who turnest into morning The shadows of the passing night, Again to conscious life returning, We bless Thee for the newborn light. Grant us that light, to all unfailing Who seek to do Thy perfect will, That we, o’er doubt and fear prevailing, May trust Thy good above all ill; That we may offer Thee thanksgiving Beyond our prayers and songs that rise In greater faithfulness of living, In deeper love through sacrifice.
