Psalms 80:6

80:6 You have made our neighbors dislike us, ¹ 

and our enemies insult us.

Psalms 22:7

22:7 All who see me taunt ²  me;

they mock me ³  and shake their heads. ⁴ 

[80:6]  ¹ tn Heb “you have made us an object of contention to our neighbors.”

[22:7]  ² tn Or “scoff at, deride, mock.”

[22:7]  ³ tn Heb “they separate with a lip.” Apparently this refers to their verbal taunting.
