Psalms 89:41

Context

89:41 All who pass by 1  have robbed him;

he has become an object of disdain to his neighbors.

Isaiah 10:6

I ordered him to attack the people with whom I was angry, 4 

to take plunder and to carry away loot,

to trample them down 5  like dirt in the streets.
