• Kau, Allah, Benteng yang Baka [KJ.330]

  1. Kau, Allah, benteng yang baka, suaka yang teguh, dahulu dan selamanya harapan umatMu.
  2. Sejak dahulu takhtaMu pelindung kaum kudus; dengan kuasa tanganMu Kaubela kami t'rus.
  3. Tatkala alam semesta belum Engkau bentuk, Engkaulah Allah yang baka dan tiada akhirMu.
  4. Seribu tahun bagiMu sehari sajalah, sesingkat jaga malam pun berganti tugasnya.	1 Ptr 3:8

• [Psa 90:4] Thou Glorious God, Before Whose Face

  Thou glorious God, before Whose face The generations pass away, As, to our eyes, the tender grace And marvel of each shining day! We thank Thee for the joy sublime Of years so radiant with Thy power That all the best of endless time Seems granted to the fleeting hour. We praise Thee for the surer right, The clearer message from above, The lengthening day, the shortening night, The wiser ministries of love. We bless Thee for the friends we miss, Who made our peace, and stilled our pain; We trust Thee on some height of bliss To bring them close to us again. We magnify Thy holy Name; And while in Thee our hearts rejoice, Strong be our wills, through praise and blame, To do the bidding of Thy voice.

• [Psa 139:12] O Thou To Whose All Searching Sight

  O Thou to Whose all searching sight The darkness shineth as the light, Search, prove my heart; it pants for Thee; O burst these bonds, and set it free! Wash out its stains, refine its dross, Nail my affections to the cross; Hallow each thought; let all within Be clean, as Thou, my Lord, art clean! If in this darksome wild I stray, Be Thou my light, be Thou my way; No foes, no violence I fear, No fraud, while thou, my God, art near. When rising floods my soul o’erflow, When sinks my heart in waves of woe, Jesu, Thy timely aid impart, And raise my head, and cheer my heart. Savior, where’er Thy steps I see, Dauntless, untired, I follow thee! O let Thy hand support me still, And lead me to Thy holy hill! If rough and thorny be the way, My strength proportion to my day; Till toil, and grief, and pain shall cease, Where all is calm, and joy, and peace.

  Peacefully round us the shadows are falling, Glad be our praises and trustful our prayer; Hear us, O Lord, on Thy providence calling, Lighten our darkness, and banish our care. Hushed are the sheep bells afar on the moorland, O’er the still meadows the night breezes sweep, Faint fall the footsteps in city and hamlet, Safely the children are folded in sleep. Softly may weary ones rest from their duty, Bright be the dreams of the troubled and worn, While through the shades beam the stars in their beauty, Watching the world till the breaking of morn. Lord of the night, let Thine angels defend us; Sunshine and gloom are alike unto Thee; Lord of the day, let Thy Spirit attend us, Bless us and keep us wherever we be.
