22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega,

the first and the last,

the beginning and the end!) ¹ 

Revelation 21:6

21:6 He also said to me, “It is done! ²  I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the one who is thirsty I will give water ³  free of charge ⁴  from the spring of the water of life.

[22:13]  ¹ sn These lines are parenthetical, forming an aside to the narrative. The speaker here is the Lord Jesus Christ himself rather than the narrator.
