1:8 First of all, ¹  I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world.

Romans 4:5

4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous, ²  his faith is credited as righteousness.
