I pray that<n id="1" /> the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,<n id="2" /> may give you spiritual wisdom and revelation<n id="3" /> in your growing knowledge of him,<n id="4" />

And God<n id="1" /> <i>puti><n id="2" /> <i>all things underi> Christ&#8217;s<n id="3" /> <i>feeti>,<n id="4" /> and he gave him to the church as head over all things.<n id="5" />

if indeed<n id="1" /> you have heard of the stewardship<n id="2" /> of God&#8217;s grace that was given to me for you,

<p class="bodytext">But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Therefore it says<i>,i> &#8220;<b><i>When he ascended on high he capturedi>b><n id="1" /> <i><b>captivesb>; <b>he gave gifts to menb>i><sc>.&#8221;sc><n id="2" />

It was he<n id="1" /> who gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,<n id="2" />

I became a servant of this gospel<n id="1" /> according to the gift of God&#8217;s grace that was given to me by<n id="2" /> the exercise of his power.<n id="3" />

To me &#8211; less than the least of all the saints<n id="1" /> &#8211; this grace was given,<n id="2" /> to proclaim to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ

I pray that<n id="1" /> according to the wealth of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person,

You must let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but only what is beneficial for the building up of the one in need,<n id="1" /> that it may give grace to those who hear.

Pray<n id="1" /> for me also, that I may be given the message when I begin to speak<n id="2" /> &#8211; that I may confidently make known<n id="3" /> the mystery of the gospel,
